Amanda R. Abeln-Overs is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, representing both public entities and private clients.
Amanda R. Abeln-Overs
Ms. Abeln-Overs has worked in a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, intellectual property, construction defect, tort and product liability, and disability benefits. She has experience handling civil litigation in both federal and state courts.
Ms. Abeln-Overs graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law. While in law school, she externed for the Health and Education Section at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and for the Honorable David S. Bury at the U.S. District Court for Arizona. Prior to law school, Ms. Abeln worked as a litigation legal assistant on securities and complex-litigation matters at a large firm in Boston.
